Launcher does not start
Check whether the launcher is started with administrator rights. Make sure all files were downloaded completely.
Login does not work
Check your internet connection. Saved logins may fail if the token has expired; log in again in that case.
Installation failed
Use the repair function in the launcher to automatically re-download damaged or missing files.
Game does not load correctly
Make sure all updates are installed. Loading issues can also be caused by incomplete downloads.
